We want you to be happy with our products so please contact us within 5 days of the product arrival if you are not satisfied. Email us at email@example.com and we will reply within 48hrs.
In the case of defective items (Please note that Tee-yarn is an up-cycled material therefore there could be knots, stains and different widths within a ball of yarn), we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase price of the kit(except for shipping costs).
Note that if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item or too many items (please see the Office of Fair Trading website for more details) we won’t refund. In those instances we can exchange the items or supply you with a store credit note you can use whenever you choose.
We do not accept returns for tee-yarn, needles and hooks sold individually. We also might not receive the same colours from one season to another so please make sure you order enough tee-yarn for your product.
Hook and Hop can not be responsible for kits damaged or lost in transit.
The return postage is your responsibility. Goods should be in their original packaging (where applicable), complete with tags and labels. Once we have received the goods we will contact you and arrange the exchange or store credit. The buyer will be responsible for postage on exchanges or refunds.
